Payments

To secure your booking, a minimum non-refundable deposit of $50 per person is required. This deposit confirms your reservation but is not transferable under any conditions. Final payment must be completed to receive your tickets. If you fail to settle the balance on time, your booking will be canceled without a refund, and the deposit will be forfeited.
Only payments made by credit or debit cards, direct transfers, or bank deposits are accepted. Immediate purchases cannot be made through cheques.

Modifications/Amendments

Requests for changes or amendments must be made in writing. Certain modifications may incur additional charges. For date changes before ticket issuance, an extra fee of $25 may apply. After issuance, an additional $50 fee is charged for any date change, subject to the airline’s rules. Changing names is not allowed after ticket issuance. Please note that changes resulting in cancellation will follow the cancellation terms below.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. If you cancel before ticket issuance, your deposit will not be refunded. Additionally, a cancellation fee of $250, plus $75 in airline charges, applies if you cancel after the ticket has been issued. Refunds are processed based on airline policies.

Refunds

Many discounted tickets are non-refundable or partially refundable, depending on the airline’s policies. Refund processing may take 8-12 weeks, as it is subject to airline approval and further review. Refunds, if available, will be transferred to the original payment method used. We do not refund interest or fees for any bank transfers or payment methods outside our accepted options. Refunds are not offered for expired tickets.

Price and Fare Guarantees

Our initial deposit secures your reservation, but it does not lock in the fare and taxes, which may vary. We reserve the right to adjust prices based on tax, fuel, exchange rate, and airline fee changes. Any issued tickets will not be affected by subsequent price changes. Already issued tickets are not affected by the above changes in price.

Passport, Visa, and Health Requirements

Customers must ensure their passport, visa, and health documents are valid and meet the requirements of their destination. Novafly is not responsible for any travel disruptions or losses due to incomplete or invalid documentation.

For any complaints or issues, please email our customer service team at info@novaflytravels.com. Only written complaints will be considered for review; verbal complaints or phone calls will not be acknowledged for formal processing.
